USAGE

The on-line copper thickness inspection machine is suitable for the measurement of the copper thickness on the surface of hard board, single layer and multi-layer circuit board.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Connect the production line: monitor MES docking online and prevent the production of defective products;

2. Accurate data: improve test efficiency and reduce human recording and test error;

3. Original positioning method: patented design, double-sided measurement;

4. Stable performance: equipped with fischer PC2 host and ERCU N copper probe;

5. Thickness of test plate: 0.050-12mm, wide range of thickness of applicable plate;

6. Automation: it can support three automatic loading and unloading system to reduce cost and improve efficiency;

7. Test points are easy confirmed by input file (file type available: Gerber or DRL).
